La Roseta used to be the field's old garaje-shed. Nowadays, it's been rehabilitated as a living space, divided in a living room-kitchen, bathroom with a shower, double bedroom and a small private balcony. This household takes its name from a different land in Barlovento, where its owners tend to lemon trees.
From La Roseta's terrace, you can enjoy the view of the sea, as well as Punta Cumplida Lighthouse. This household also shares its garden, laundrette, swimming pool and barbecue area with the other 3 households on the same property

The rural house "El Níspero", situated in among vineyards on the side of a hill, in Las Indias, Fuencaliente, with views of the Atlantic and incredible sunsets, invites you to enjoy some days of relaxation. Its location is ideal for discovering this island.
Each detail of this house reflects the care taken by its owners, Ramón and Vina, to restore it at the end of June 2005. Where the water tank was originally, there is now an original round kitchen with a wood ceiling. There is a large lounge ideal for relaxing, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom and dressing room full of natural sunlight. The house also has a solarium, an outside porch with a table and small BBQ located next to the medlar tree "nispero" that gives the house its name. The situation of the house is such that from any of the rooms the beautiful views over the Atlantic, the island of El Hierro and the most unforgettable sunsets can all be enjoyed.

This small house is located in Malpaís, in the Town of Mazo, some 800m to the south of the Archaeological park of Belmaco, very near the rural house Dos Aguas.
This cottage was given the name Rúbel, which was a nickname that the owner was known by. He was a carpenter and responsible for restoring the ceilings and a large part of the furniture in the house. The larder and the decorative elements in the bathroom and lounge have been handmade by the owner with tea wood, which is the name of the wood taken from the heart of the Canarian pine tree. The house is cosy and fully equipped and ideal for spending a pleasant and peaceful holiday in a rural environment. From the large terraces you can contemplate the beautiful sea views and on clear days you can see the other islands of Tenerife and La Gomera. For early risers the beautiful sunrise on this island is well worth seeing.

The presence of many objects, used by its dwellers for more than two centuries, kept with love and care, gives the place a special atmosphere charged with local history.

Casa Las Paredes is integrated in its rural environment next to a lemon and avocado orchard, with a rustic style to its decor. The walls are the view we see on either side of the driveway up to the house, which follow us if we continue down to the shore.

The area is very quiet in the west of the island of La Palma, about 35 yards from the old royal path coming from the coast, a main route in the old days, that has been carefully restaured for ramblers, marked LPR130 and that eventually surrounds the whole island. Just a bit further runs another path marked PR LP 12.2, that goes from the sea to the mountains. The western situation of the place allows long and colourful sunsets that can be enjoyed almost everyday of the year. Situated only 4 km from the centre of the main village of Tijarafe, it is very easy to provide oneself with everything for the dayly needs of the house. The modern town of Los Llanos de Aridane, 15 km away, offers every kind of shops and services. Special mention has to be given to the Mirador of El Time, the meeting point by the way, a breathtaking panoramic view over the green Valley of Aridane.
In Casa La Capellana the private swimming pool is heated. The size of the swimming pool is 7m x3,50m, deep: from 1,30m to 2,10m.

This little house with low roof is situated in Puntallana but far of the center. From this house you can see clouds sliping over the green hight hillocks of the island and also it is posible to see the blue of the sea. Casa Sara has been very good restaurated and therefor the house has now a very comfortable atmosfhere. It has a double room, and a sitting room-dinner room which is comunicating with the kitchen through of a door with postern and a bathroom. In the kitchen you will find an old mill of stone, a traditional oven. The terraces have little new corners like the porch in the front of the house. Casa Sara has stone walls and is situated in a quiet place. For this reason it is very attractive for beeing in contact with the nature.

It has two double sleeping room, a very nice sitting room all is harmonizing with the wooden floor and the sofas situated beside to the iron fire place. Each room transmite a sensation of peace and specially in the kitchen you can feel it because the squared curtains are substituted to furnitures. It is very important the protagonis of the traditional oven of mud. From the terraces of La Higuerita you will see this quiet place of dry land with many almend trees.

Casa Fuente Abreu is in Las Paredes, in Barlovento, halfway between the coast and the mountain and only 10 minutes' drive away from the natural seawater pools of La Fajana of Barlovento, from the centre of town and the nearest hiking paths.
Fuente Abreu is a typical agricultural house built in the 70s, always close to the family land. Close by, stables for animals were built for the family's sustenance. It takes its names from a nearby spring that, like the rest of the municipality, was essential to supply the human and animal need for water. The most important springs (which you can visit nowadays) were always divided into a tank for drinking water, and a trough for farm animals and a laundry sink.
Barlovento itself is a mainly agricultural municipality, its history marked by the use of water channels.
Fuente Abreu has been redecorated recently; it has a living room, kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace, and an individual and double bedroom. It also shares a swimming pool, garden, washing room and barbecue area with the other three houses on the estate.
The communal swimming pool is 8×4 metres (26x13ft), with a depth ranging from 1.8m to 2.2m (5 ft 10" to 7f t 3").

Out of this spectacular scenery of high stone walls, surrounded by forests, the crystal waters springs from everywhere, forming impressive waterfalls before entering the canal that takes it down through tunnels to the greenery of the orchards of bananas and many other exotic cultivations. In the opposite direction, towards the sea, and also not too far from the house, you will shortly meet the deep blue sea surrounded by banana plantations. There you will find a nice black sand beach to spend hours and hours of peacefullness in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility which has no connection to the typical crowded resorts.

Casa Sabina is located in a peaceful, medium-altitude zone, in the Monte neighbourhood, in the municipality of Mazo, on the east side of La Palma, only 15 minutes by car to the nearest beach, or to the capital of the island. Casa La Sabina is situated very close to Casa Rural Celeste (both belong to the same owner), at only 0.5km from the centre of Villa de Mazo, a village renowned for its handicrafts and wines, means it's only a short trip to the local sights, such as the Casa Roja Museum or, at weekends, the Municipal Farm Produce and Handicrafts Market, among others. Hiking enthusiasts staying at Casa La Sabina are also in luck, for the house is only 200 metres from the PR LP17 local footpath (Camino La Faya), and about 400 metres from the GR 130 Coastal Footpath.

This traditional house is situated in the west side of La Palma in the town most wide of the island, El Paso, next to the main road which goes from Las Manchas to Los Canarios (LP-2) in the middle of a landscape which was transformed by the volcanos. El Rincón has a good location because is situated more or less at the same distance from Puerto Naos Beach, Tazacorte Beach or Mirador La Cumbrecita (a well known viewpoint in La Caldera National Park), so you have different possibilities in a short distance: walks, swim, an excursion by boat, etc.

The island of La Palma is heart-shaped the heart of the Canaries-, a triangle with its southern point in Fuencaliente. Fuencaliente: in the shade of the Teneguía volcano, where the lava makes a meadow and flows fountains of sweet and dry wines. To the south you can make out the most southern island, El Hierro, almost always with a crown of clouds like white handkerchieves waving into infinety; to the East La Gomera, lending a hand to Tenerife in a majestic dreamlike picture of colour. The sun is the same in all the islands and all seas. Without moving your eyes, you can see them all from the large terrace that covers the old well, now a balcony to the house. The urban centre is 1 km away from the house and offers all types of services to visitors: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. It is very close to "El Mercadillo del Agricultor" ("The Farmer's Market"), located within the recreational area of El Fayal, which opens its doors every weekend, offering fresh and top-quality products from the area: a wide variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, ecological products, cheeses, wines, traditional pastries, honey, artisan products, etc. In the coastal area of Puntagorda there is a small port with a bathing area and a natural pool located about 9 km and about a 20-minute drive from the house.
