VILLA DE MAZO
This beatiful house painted in a old style with attractive colours is situated in a very nice place, in Monte, in Villa de Mazo, surrounded by orchards and gardens. It has an ideal terrace for enyoing of amazing sea views. Casa Celeste is for six people, it has two floors with three doble sleeping rooms, kitchen-dinner room, sitting room and bath room. It is all decorated with care but simply. The furnitures are a delicate mixture of traditional and modern.
Casa Celeste is located very close to Casa Rural Sabina, and both belong to the same owner.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 40% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
