It is located in the quarter of Callejones in Villa de Mazo. Nice sea views. Genuine rural spot near seaside. The name Callejones (small orchards) couldnt be better chosen both for the area and for the house, surrounded by orchards, inviting you to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. It has beautiful views to the mountains and even more splendid views over the sea. Very near to the house starts the small but well kept road to La Salemera beach, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 40% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
