PUNTAGORDA
The holiday home "El Topo" is a one-storey small house, located in a mountain area, in a location known as "Topo del Drago". The land has an area of about 5,000 m2 and it is surrounded by vineyards and Canary Island pines. The wooden ceilings and its wood stove provide warmth to the house. The large windows facing the sea, the town and the pine forest, make this house a cozy and unique place.
The house consists of a combination of kitchen/dining room/living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, the sunsets provide the most magical moments of the day, which can be appreciated from the large terraces offering panoramic views. The covered barbecue has everything you need to enjoy cooking outdoors.
This isolated location in the beautiful town of Puntagorda, just a five-minute drive from the centre, makes this house the perfect place to enjoy peace and the landscape that can be appreciated from its terraces as well as while walking, since it is located next to a royal road: the Topo del Drago road, which is linked to the GR-130 trail: The Coast Royal Road (which surrounds the island) and the local trail PR LP 11: Roque de Los Muchachos-Puntagorda.
The urban centre is 1 km away from the house and offers all types of services to visitors: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. It is very close to "El Mercadillo del Agricultor" ("The Farmer's Market"), located within the recreational area of El Fayal, which opens its doors every weekend, offering fresh and top-quality products from the area: a wide variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, ecological products, cheeses, wines, traditional pastries, honey, artisan products, etc. In the coastal area of Puntagorda there is a small port with a bathing area and a natural pool located about 9 km and about a 20-minute drive from the house.

2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
