Casa Emiliana is located in Puntallana, at 13 minutes in north direction from Santa Cruz de La Palma. The house has many places with terraces for enjoy a view to the landscape from the sea to the mountains. The house has been built in the beginning of the last century. It has a wide sitting room. Mixtured with the kitchen it is a very nice place. The fire place of stone is the meeting point which is arrounded from sofas. The cupboard is decorated with pottery in popular style. The room for rest has two beds and a iron furniture of new design. The bath room complets this room, especially suggested for romantic couples.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
