Casa La Verada is isolated, surrounded by a beautiful green landspace full of fruit trees and in the backround you can see the sea. After the restauration, this house has many wide rooms: a bedroom with alarge bed for 2 people, a bedroom with twin beds, dinner room, kitchen and bathroom. A wide is the door of the dinner room-sitting room, the heart of the house. Wood gives a nice atmosfhere to all the rooms of the house. From the rooms full of light it is possible to see the garden and the kitchen garden where you will enjoy the red evenings which are typical in this zone of the island.
Casa La Verada has a privat swimming pool. The size of the swimming pool is 8mx4m and deep: 1,40m.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
