VILLA DE MAZO
This small house is located in Malpaís, in the Town of Mazo, some 800m to the south of the Archaeological park of Belmaco, very near the rural house Dos Aguas.
This cottage was given the name Rúbel, which was a nickname that the owner was known by. He was a carpenter and responsible for restoring the ceilings and a large part of the furniture in the house. The larder and the decorative elements in the bathroom and lounge have been handmade by the owner with tea wood, which is the name of the wood taken from the heart of the Canarian pine tree. The house is cosy and fully equipped and ideal for spending a pleasant and peaceful holiday in a rural environment. From the large terraces you can contemplate the beautiful sea views and on clear days you can see the other islands of Tenerife and La Gomera. For early risers the beautiful sunrise on this island is well worth seeing.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
