BARLOVENTO
Las Paredes is a warm and tranquil household in Barlovento, in the north of the island, featuring a communal swimming pool. Almost isolated yet also close by, only five minutes' drive away from the middle of town and just ten for a nice walk, hike or a relaxing swim in the sea.
Casa Las Paredes is integrated in its rural environment next to a lemon and avocado orchard, with a rustic style to its decor. It owes its name (The Walls) to its location, which in its own way recalls the need for our ancestors to create terraces, in order to create level spaces for their crops in the island's unique terrain.
The walls are the view we see on either side of the driveway up to the house, which follow us if we continue down to the shore.
This house has two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, it has private parking spaces, a balcony and a garden. The splendid ocean view from the garden and the corner in the avocado tree's shade both invite you to relax.
It shares a communal swimming pool, laundrette and barbecue area with the other three houses on the same plot.
The swimming pool measures 8×4 metres (26x13ft), with a depth ranging from 1.8m to 2.2m (5 ft 10" to 7f t 3").
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
Please arrange with our office the time and meeting point that you would like to use when meeting the owner of the house.
