STORY:

Casa Sol y Mar has been recently redecorated to give it a more practical and modern style, while retaining its comfort. It has kept its essence and gained in warmth. It has a double bedroom, a comfortable living room, kitchen-dining room and bathroom with shower.

The outside area of the property is outstanding; not just the private pool, the barbecue, the large terraces and garden areas, but particularly the gazebo which invites you to sit and enjoy the views as soon as you arrive. This is a place with a touch of magic, where the promise of many pleasant moments seems to float in the air.

The private pool is 6.5 metres long by 3.6 metres wide, and 1.45 metres deep.

Cancellation / Prepayment

CONDICIONES:

1.- Para confirmar la reserva ingrese el anticipo del 40% de la reserva en el nº de cuenta: CaixaBank 2100 7110 11 2200064679. Asociación Turismo Rural Isla Bonita.

2.- Para una correcta identificación de su ingreso indique a su oficina bancaria el nº de la Reserva y su nombre.

3.- El anticipo se debe ingresar antes de la fecha de vencimiento de la reserva, en caso contrario será anulada.

4.- En caso de anulación se retendrá del anticipo:el 25% cuando la cancelación se efectúe con más de 15 días de antelación a la fecha de entrada; un 50% de 15 a 7 días; un 75% de 6 a 4 días y un 100% si la anulación se realiza con menos de 4 días de antelación. Finalizar anticipadamente la estancia no da derecho a devolución.

5.- La llegada inesperada al alojamiento de mayor nº de clientes de los confirmados en la reserva, da al propietario el derecho a la no admisión y, en todo caso, al cobro del suplemento correspondiente al nº de personas extras.
