This country house has been very well restored and its owners, Fidel and Priscila, have made it warm and welcoming, and just the place for enjoying a holiday. 2.- Please, make sure the Bank states your Name and Reservation number with the transfer.
3.- To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before reservation dead line.
4.- A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.
5.- In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.
