Casa Los Boleros is a household at 3 different heights, after renovating it while adapting to the pre-existing, historic Canarian home. It has a living room with a kitchen and dining table, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It has a spacious private terrace with views towards the ocean, a garden and a swimming pool. The pool, garden, barbecue area and laundrette are all shared with the other three homes on the same estate
The shared swimming pool is 8×4 metres (26x13ft), with a depth ranging from 1.8m to 2.2m (5 ft 10” to 7f t 3”).
The peace and quiet of Casa Los Boleros invites you to relax by the pool. Its location, close to points of interest such as La Fajana’s pools in Barlovento, Punta Cumplida lighthouse or the grove of dragon trees at La Tosca, make it an ideal location to explore the north of La Palma. If you enjoy hiking, Los Boleros is a great option, since both the G-130 or Camino Real de La Costa and the PR LP-8 path between Barlovento and Pico de La Cruz pass near Los Boleros.

3.- To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before reservation dead line.
4.- A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.
5.- In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.
