La Roseta used to be the field’s old garaje-shed. Nowadays, it’s been rehabilitated as a living space, divided in a living room-kitchen, bathroom with a shower, double bedroom and a small private balcony. This household takes its name from a different land in Barlovento, where its owners tend to lemon trees.

From La Roseta’s terrace, you can enjoy the view of the sea, as well as  Punta Cumplida Lighthouse. This household also shares its garden, laundrette, swimming pool and barbecue area with the other 3 households on the same property.

The shared swimming pool is 8×4 metres (26x13ft), with a depth ranging from 1.8m to 2.2m (5 ft 10” to 7f t 3”).

3.- To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before reservation dead line.

4.- A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.

5.- In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.
