STORY:

Casa Juana Quinta is part of an ecological farm. The main elements of its decoration are flowers and canarian items. This gives the houses a warm and quiet atmosphere breathlable throught the house. The simple but functional furniture revives the rural canarian atmosphere, offering as well plenty of confort to the visitor. The sitting-room keeps its original wooden ceiling of “tea” (pine core wood) showing the craftmanship and simple tecniques of hand cutting. All this is scarcely found so well conservated today because that belongs to the old days and most of it deteriorates everywhere. The stoned patio and terraces with flowers are the right spots from which to admire the exceptional views from the sea right up to the top of the island. Nobody ever will forget the genuine picture -real, without paints- of the sunrise behind the silhouette of the impressive mountain of El Teide, in Tenerife, to the East of La Palma.

SITUATION:

Casa Juana Quinta is surrounded by a very quiet and suggestive enviroment, inviting to rest and relax. It is very close to the Royal Walk of the Coast (GR 130) that follows all the island round, and also close to the shorter walk PR LP 17, better known as “Camino de La Faya”. This proximity to both walks and several other paths adds to those lovers of the practice of rambling large possibilities to enjoyment of gennuine nature.

2.- Please, make sure the Bank states your Name and Reservation number with the transfer.

3.- To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before reservation dead line.

4.- A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.

5.- In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.
