Committed to La Palma since 1992
Our story began in 1992. Since then, the Isla Bonita Island Rural Tourism Association has proudly led efforts to promote rural tourism and create new tourism products on the island of La Palma. We are a diverse organization that brings together the efforts of nearly a hundred rural lodging owners, as well as other small associations, businesses, and professionals passionate about tourism and the development of our rural environment.
Over the course of more than two decades, we have promoted a wide variety of pioneering projects and initiatives. We have dedicated ourselves to the international promotion of our accommodations and tourist resources, ongoing training for the excellent management of these establishments, the direct management of museums and sites of cultural interest, and the implementation of prestigious quality certification systems such as the ?Q? for Tourism Quality and the Biosphere House seal. In addition, we have played a key role in revitalizing uniquely local products such as wine tourism and astro-tourism, conducting advanced market research, and developing cooperation projects with other regions.
All of this work stems from a genuine non-profit mission. Our guiding principle has always been the promotion of the natural and cultural values of the island of La Palma, providing the best service to our members and striving for the utmost satisfaction of those who visit us, choose our network of accommodations, participate in our activities, or explore our museums.
