PURPOSE:
To process and subsequently track the reservation and its billing.
To manage and maintain communications and contacts arising from a potential contractual or similar relationship.

To notify you of any changes to the Website or the Services. To provide you with personalized service.
We do not perform profiling based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.Retention Periods: The data retention period will be determined by the relationship between you and ASOCIACIÓN DE TURISMO RURAL ISLA BONITA and will continue until you request its deletion. When the data is no longer necessary, it will be retained for the statute of limitations period applicable to claims arising from the processing, starting from the last confirmation of interest or the last transaction [1 year: traffic data related to electronic communications (Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE); 6 years, Article 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting records, invoices)).
