The house, externally preserved just as it was in its original state, offers stunning views of the Caldera de Taburiente mountains and the sea. It features two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and bathroom. Outside, there is a terrace, and it also has a pool shared with three other accommodation units. The pool dimensions are 5 x 3 x 1.25 meters deep.
Booking conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS:

2. Please, make sure the Bank states your Name and Reservation number with the transfer.
3. To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before 48 hours -reservation dead line.
4. A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.
5. In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.

Please avoid to arrive "by surprise". It is very convenient for you and for us to use the situation map of the house and to confirm with the reservation office "time and meeting point" with the owner of the rural house.
