Casa Simón is located in a quiet place, in Las Cabezadas, in Barlovento at a short distance from "Las Piscinas de La Fajana de Barlovento" (the sea water pools). This house remains basic ideals of simple and handmade things. The modern rustic things are making a atmosfhere mixted of rural and new design and actually tecnologies. The warmness of the roofs and the wooden floor is part of comfortable rooms with all the modern infrastructure: TV, washing machine, satellite dish, fire place and outdoors are wide garden-zones and a privat swimmingpool. The size of the swimming pool is 7,50m x 3,70m; deep: from 2m to 1,50m.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
