BARLOVENTO
Casa La Roseta is a comfortable and cozy house, a short distance away from Barlovento's main touristic attractions and ideal to enjoy your holidays with your couple.
La Roseta used to be the field's old garaje-shed. Nowadays, it's been rehabilitated as a living space, divided in a living room-kitchen, bathroom with a shower, double bedroom and a small private balcony. This household takes its name from a different land in Barlovento, where its owners tend to lemon trees.
From La Roseta's terrace, you can enjoy the view of the sea, as well as Punta Cumplida Lighthouse. This household also shares its garden, laundrette, swimming pool and barbecue area with the other 3 households on the same property
Desde la terraza de Casa La Roseta se puede disfrutar de vistas al mar y al Faro de Punta Cumplida. Esta vivienda comparte zona de jardín, lavandería, piscina y barbacoa con las otras 3 viviendas dentro de la misma finca.
La piscina, de uso común, tiene unas medidas de 8mx4m y una profundidad que oscila entre 1.80m y 2.20m.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
Please arrange with our office the time and meeting point that you would like to use when meeting the owner of the house.
