This cottage, which is only 428m above sea level, is located in the village Tijarafe, La Punta, in an area renowned for its good climate throughout the best part of the year.
Casa Inés is a small house with only 2 rooms that have very thick walls. It has a double bedroom (with twin beds), a small lounge, kitchen-diner, and small bathroom with a shower. It is, however the small well kept garden that is most striking because of the colourful flowers. The garden is an ideal place to relax in the sun for a few quiet moments. From the roof of the newest part of the house you can contemplate the beautiful views of both the coast and the mountain peaks of Tijarafe.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
