Creo que el precio era excesivo porque tienen otras casas en la misma finca con el mismo precio o muy similar y con unas condiciones mucho mejores porque son casas "que miran" al jardín en lugar de a la calle, con más luz, más alegría, etc. Nosotros además tuvimos un problema de goteras y otro con insectos (pulgas posiblemente) en la habitación pequeña, donde picaron a mi hijo bastante. Es verdad que Marianne, la chica que nos atendía, se portó muy bien para ayudarnos con todos los problemas, pero creo que nos tendrían que haber compensado con algún tipo de devolución económica por todo lo que he comentado.

BARLOVENTO
Casa Fuente Abreu is in Las Paredes, in Barlovento, halfway between the coast and the mountain and only 10 minutes' drive away from the natural seawater pools of La Fajana of Barlovento, from the centre of town and the nearest hiking paths.
Fuente Abreu is a typical agricultural house built in the 70s, always close to the family land. Close by, stables for animals were built for the family's sustenance. It takes its names from a nearby spring that, like the rest of the municipality, was essential to supply the human and animal need for water. The most important springs (which you can visit nowadays) were always divided into a tank for drinking water, and a trough for farm animals and a laundry sink.
Barlovento itself is a mainly agricultural municipality, its history marked by the use of water channels.
Fuente Abreu has been redecorated recently; it has a living room, kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace, and an individual and double bedroom. It also shares a swimming pool, garden, washing room and barbecue area with the other three houses on the estate.
The communal swimming pool is 8×4 metres (26x13ft), with a depth ranging from 1.8m to 2.2m (5 ft 10" to 7f t 3").
Booking conditions

2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
