Casa El Sitio La Rosa is located on El Camino El Linar, in Villa de Mazo, only a short distance from La Rosa, from where it gets its name.
This country house has been very well restored and its owners, Fidel and Priscila, have made it warm and welcoming, and just the place for enjoying a holiday. Small paths enable you to explore the grounds, where there are well-tended gardens with a wide variety of flowers, as well as papayas, avocadoes, vines, mangos
and almost all year round, the highlight: oranges! Have you ever picked breakfast straight from the orchard? Come and enjoy the experience! Once youve stayed at El Sitio La Rosa, youll want to return.
A mere 15 minutes by car from the nearest beach, and the same distance from Santa Cruz, this property is located in rural surroundings, but close to everything at the same time. The municipal Mercadillo (local products market), the Casa Roja Museum, or the Montaña de La Breña leisure area, are just some of the places within a short walk. And for those who enjoy real hiking, the first footpath sign is found less than a kilometre away.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
