This rural house is situated at only 800m from one of the most important parts of our history: engraved pictures and aboriginal deposits of the Archaeological Park of Belmaco surounded from kitchen garden and gardens. From the wide terraces it is posible to see a wonderful view to the coast, where you are able to value the intensive blue of the ocean.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 40% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
