Casa Ana is located in a quiet area of the municipality of El Paso, in the west of the island of La Palma, a short distance from the Mirador de La Cumbrecita, the La Caldera de Taburiente National Park, Pico Bejenado and the Stargazing viewpoint at Llano del Jable.
On the upper floor it has a large bedroom with a double bed and a toilet, with direct access to a small balcony from which you can enjoy good views of the mountains and the sunset. On the ground floor we find the entrance hall, the living room, the main bathroom, the kitchen, a bedroom with two beds, and a toilet.
Casa Ana also has a covered barbecue, a well-kept garden and covered parking.
Booking conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 40% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
