Split into three “suites” – Lolina, Yaiza and Abidán – Casa San Sebastián has been carefully restored to preserve the architectural elements characteristic of the 18th century, but incorporating the comforts and technological advances of the 21st century, such as satellite TV or free Internet connection. 3.- To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before reservation dead line.
4.- A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.
5.- In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.
