Many generations were living in this quiet and comfortable house. It is localized very near to the village of Puntagorda. Inside it has a lot of old and new furnitures and very different things. Outsides all things are very tipical: whitewashed walls, great windows, large doors and a courtyard in the entrance of the house. Inside the house has been changed and now the bath room and the kitchen are very wide. Casa Herenio is located in a quiet place surrounded by fruit trees and flowers at a short distance from the centre of the village of Puntagorda. Usually, this area benefits from nice weather, what invite you to enjoy unforgettable moments outside and to swim in the pool.

2.- Please, make sure the Bank states your Name and Reservation number with the transfer.
3.- To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before reservation dead line.
4.- A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.
5.- In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.
